Hey, I'm Mary J! I'm excited to do your lashes.

I started cosmetology school in January 2010, not quite sure where life would take me after dropping out of college. While I enjoyed working with hair and other cosmetology services, everything changed when I took my first lash class in July 2010—I was instantly hooked. By April 2011, I graduated, became licensed, and jumped right into the world of eyelash extensions.

Over the years, I’ve worked in various salons and for different people, but I’ve found my greatest success and happiness in being my own boss. Building my own business has allowed me to create a space where I can truly thrive. In 2018, I took my love for lashes a step further and became an educator for Borboleta Beauty. Teaching others the art of eyelash extensions was an incredible experience, and I even got to travel to share my passion. Although the pandemic shifted how I work, my lash business is stronger than ever. Now, I’m back to educating locally, which is even more rewarding—I get to stay connected to my community and be close to home.
